D9 Events Hub Network

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 17, 2026

This policy explains how the D9 Events Hub network — including The Quads (quads.d9eventshub.com) and the D9 Business Directory (directory.d9eventshub.com) — handles information you share with us. We keep it plain and short, because our approach is simple: we collect only what we need, we tell you what's public, and we never sell your information.

The short version: We collect information you choose to submit through our forms. Some of it is displayed publicly (because that's the point of a listing or an event count); the rest is kept private and used only to run the event or verify membership. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with advertisers.

What we collect

We only collect information you voluntarily submit through our forms:

We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account details, government IDs, health information, or any other sensitive personal data.

What's public and what's private

Public: Business Directory listings are displayed publicly by design — that's what being listed means. For events, only aggregate, anonymous counts (such as the number of t-shirt orders per organization) are shown publicly.

Private: Your email address, membership verification details (chapter, crossing year, referral), and individual order information are never published. They are used only to operate the event, fulfill an order, or verify eligibility for a listing.

How we use your information

We use your information only for the purpose you provided it. We will not repurpose it for unrelated marketing without telling you first.

What we don't do

How your information is stored

Submissions are collected and stored through Google Forms and Google Sheets, secured under our Google Workspace account with two-factor authentication and restricted access. Our websites are static pages hosted on Netlify and served over encrypted HTTPS connections.

Third-party services

Some actions on our sites hand you off to third parties that have their own privacy policies, including Google (Forms), Eventbrite (event RSVPs), and the individual business or campaign websites we link to. When you leave our site for one of these, their privacy practices apply.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or remove your listing or your information at any time. Business listings are voluntary, and we will remove a listing on request. To make any privacy request, contact us at the email below.

Children

Our sites are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version.
